Spooktacular Success: PC Celebrates Halloween with Thrills, Treats, and Community Spirit!

10/30/26
The Business Department went all out for the Halloween Throwdown
Campus was filled with festive fun this past week as students, faculty, and staff came together for a fantastic lineup of Halloween events and traditions. From student care packages to office decorating competitions, this year's celebrations truly showcased our vibrant community spirit.

Trick or Treat Yo' Self
The festivities kicked off on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, in the PC Quad, where the Basic Needs Center and Student Life hosted Trick or Treat Yo' Self from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Students stopped by to pick up free spooky care packages, making it a wonderful way to support student well-being and bring a smile to everyone's faces.

Pirate Treat Trail & Halloween Throwdown
On Thursday, October 29, the campus energy reached a high point with annual traditions and new student engagement initiatives.

During the Pirate Treat Trail from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., students explored the campus visiting participating offices and departments. Students enjoyed treats, small giveaways, games, and a chance to meet employees and discover campus resources.

Simultaneously, departments across campus transformed their workspaces for the Halloween Throwdown decorating contest to compete for the ultimate title. The winning office or department earned bragging rights, a pizza party, and the legendary broom. Faculty and staff also showed off their creativity with incredible individual costumes, which were judged by our ASPC student leaders.
